Engagement on external social media platforms that we participate on are subject to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held within each social media platform respectively. We will never ask for personal or sensitive information through these platforms.
The Child Funeral Charity collects data that is sent to them from professionals who refer cases for financial support and advice connected with child and baby funerals.
The data is used to process referrals and we may use third parties to assist in securing items for the child or baby’s funeral at a reduced charge or free of charge. We may therefore send your email details to them for this purpose. We only use organisations and companies who comply with the GDPR. The data is held securely at our registered office for audit purposes and we do not sell or trade andy data. The data is kept for a period of seven years to meet financial regulations.
Any data kept electronically is kept secure on computers and other devices that are password protected and have automatic virus protection.
